Update
An upstream service provider has confirmed service degradation in one zone which caused certain features to load slowly or to be unresponsive.

Our engineering team has moved all resources to other zones and can confirm all features are operating normally. They are monitoring closely to ensure that there are no further interruptions.

An upstream provider experienced service degradation which slowed file previews and video playback for many users. The service provider has confirmed resolution.

Investigating
We can confirm that Screeners is experiencing elevated error rates that are causing pages to load slowly or be unresponsive. Our engineers are currently investigating the cause of this.
