Our recent fix continues to show recovery. Operations have returned to normal. If your users are still experiencing issues, it is recommended to log out and back in to clear out any potentially stuck problematic state. We will continue to monitor for full sustained recovery.

We have implemented changes to correct the behavior. We're starting to see early signs of recovery, but full restoration may take a bit longer to fully propogate. We will continue testing and monitoring until full restoration has been confirmed.

Investigating
We are actively investigating impact to our IZ1 (app.iz1.sharpen.cx) isolation zone which may be causing intermittent Sharpen Q interruption including call failure and general slowness. We have all necessary resources engaged to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
