We have confirmed that all records have successfully reprocessed and will now resolve this outage. Please contact support (support.qless.com)should you have any additional issues with reports so that we can ensure we are tracking all issues.

We are continuing to monitor the Na6 and NA1 environments as the records continue to reprocess and will advise when it is complete.

Monitoring
We have been advised that reports for some of our customers may be missing some information, and in some cases, full days may be blank. Our engineers have advised the issue is now resolved the records just need time to reprocess We will continue to monitor the reports and advise when the process is complete.
