Forecast is not working as expected

Postmortem

When fiscal periods were accidentally altered after the latest product release, some customers temporarily could not see forecast and quota values. The problem started at 2023-09-20 00:00 PT. All affected services were returned to expected operation by 2023-09-21 10:55 PT. The incident recurred at 2023-09-22 00:00 PT through 01:27 PT due to an error in disabling a nightly job. No customer data was at risk. The process which altered the fiscal periods has now been disabled system-wide.

Resolved

We have confirmed the issue has been resolved for the impacted users. Forecast and Quota values that were submitted after 12 AM PST Wednesday (September 20, 2023) may not be reflected in Clari.

A summary of the incident will be posted within the next three US business days.
