We have customers reporting the iOS app is working as expected. If you are still experiencing an issue restarting the desktop app should resolve the problem. We are continuing to monitor and report. Please reach support if you are still having any issues.

Investigating
We have received reports of an intermittent issue with the iOS application not opening on some devices. We suspect that the Apple servers are having some issues at this time. We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates to you as they come. We do recommend at this time to switch over to Androids or perhaps a different project until this is resolved.
