BIC: Delays in delivering data

A data migration in one of Greenhouses tables was written in such a way that caused an infinite loop. Because of this, updates began to overwhelm the data back-up system used by Greenhouse to generate BIC data. Once this was discovered, the infinite loop was stopped and writes for the table were suspended which allowed the system to catch up. Unfortunately, this resulted in BIC data being significantly delayed.

We are reviewing our processes for reviewing and releasing data migrations and we apologize for today’s delay.
