Monitoring
We have fully reopened the connector. Due to the backlog, customers may see their steps continue to retry, but these steps should eventually succeed. We are still monitoring the connector for any further issues.

Update
The restoration was successful, we are slowly opening the connector back up, so customers may start to see some gradual improvement.

We will update within 30 minutes or sooner when the connector is back to full capacity.

The restoration process is still underway.

There has been significant progress, but unfortunately we cannot provide an ETA as our third-party service provider does not provide us with one. This is due to the large amount of data involved.

We have identified the issue affecting the CSV editor and have initiated a fix which will take some time to take effect. We will keep you updated.

We are currently investigating an issue which is causing CSV editor steps to fail. Our engineering team is looking into resolving this issue as soon as possible.
