Veracode experienced a intermittent service degradation when logging into the Platform UI between December 15, 2021 10:33am EST – December 15, 2021 11:03am EST due to a 3rd Party Service Outage. Services were restored to their normal operation at 11:03pm EST on December 15, 2021. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally. The issue has been identified to a 3rd party vendor outage. Users should be able to login, however, might intermittently experience issues due to the outage. We continue to monitor for improvements.

Veracode Engineering is investigating increased error rates attempting to log into the platform UI.
