We continue to fail out small amounts of traffic from our us-east region, but all calls are being allocated to active servers.

Monitoring

We have added additional capacity in us-east, though some traffic is still failing out. We are monitoring the recovery and capacity of all US voice regions.

Identified

An issue with our voice provider in us-east has led to servers being lost in that region. They have identifed the issue and are working on a fix. We are failing traffic over to other voice regions.
