We are now gradually increasing the amount of Ads operations our system executes again. Any scheduled Ads operations continue to be delayed.

This incident will be closed once we have processed our backlog and Ads operations run at the normal speed again.

Update
We are continuing to investigate this issue and have narrowed down the cause of the performance degradation to Ads operations. As a precaution to protect our systems we have now limited the maximum throughput of ads operations that we execute.

While this incident is ongoing ads operations will continue to be delayed, but other import and export types should recover shortly.

Investigating
We have identified an issue which is causing background processing in the Channable application to run slower than normal.
While this incident is ongoing imports and exports in the Channable application may be slow to execute or show a red 'failed' status.
Order processing and repricer operations are unaffected.

We are investigating this situation.
