Workflows and form follow up emails are no longer experiencing delays. We’ve identified and addressed the cause of the delays that began at 7am EST on March 9th. The issue is now fully resolved. No data was lost.

Update
We’ve identified the cause of the workflow delays since 7am EST on March 9th. These delays impact tools such as workflows and form follow up emails in HubSpot. Enrollments and execution that should have occurred between 7am and 9am EST are currently delayed 2 hours. New enrollments and executions are processing normally. No data has been lost. Our team is investigating the cause of this issue and will update this page when the issue is resolved.

Workflows is experiencing delays which started at 7am EST. This impacts workflows enrollment and execution, as well as form follow-up emails. Objects are not currently enrolling, and actions are not currently executing. We’re investigating the cause of this issue and will update this page when we have more information.
