We would like to inform you that Vodafone had an activity that causes problems resolving DNS queries even to public-facing DNS addresses, and they confirm that it is already restored. Our team has re-enabled Vodafone on the HLR.

While Vodafone NL is working to resolve the issue, ur team has temporarily disabled it in the HLR. This causes devices trying to connect to Vodafone NL to receive a reject message, prompting them to connect to KPN instead. Once Vodafone NL is fixed, we'll switch it back on. If for some reason KPN NL is not an option for you, we advise you to contact our support desk.

We've identified a connectivity concern for our customers in the Netherlands when connected to Vodafone NL. Vodafone NL is aware of the issue and working hard to restore the service. We deeply apologize for the disruptions this may pose.

It's important to highlight that this issue does not impact SIM cards registered to KPN. Our multi-operator SIM card still works on KPN. Should you encounter difficulties in the region, we advise attempting a connection via KPN NL, if possible.

Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated. Our focus remains on ensuring a prompt resolution to this service anomaly.
