EBSCO Customer Support is aware of the following issues:

- Ongoing intermittent errors which are impacting linking.
- Usage Consolidation is currently experiencing an outage.
- The following areas of EBSCONET are unavailable:
- Financial Information (access to invoices, credit memos, statements)
- Usage data/Analytics
- EBSCO Collection Manager performance may be degraded

Our engineering teams are currently investigating these issues and we will continue to update this page as more information is available.
