Our engineering team figured out that a maintenance issue took place the 8th of February affecting some data of the platform.
Since this date, you may experience the following regarding the Shortlist feature: - As a candidate, you may be contacted twice regarding the same job offer - As a recruiter, the count of contacted candidates is erroneous, as well as the matching rate and statistics on best matching keywords.
We are currently in the process to recover most of the data lost. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience, and we will give updates as soon as the recovery process is moving forward.
