ClassLink, and our testing, has confirmed that the issue is resolved. Sign-in via ClassLink SSO is now fully functional.

ClassLink has issued a fix for the issue and SSO logins appear to be functioning as expected. We will continue to test and monitor to ensure the issue is corrected.

We are aware of reports that ClassLink Single Sign-On (SSO) is not accessible for some customers. We are actively investigating the cause of the issue.
