Our service provider (Microsoft Azure) has proclaimed the incident resolved. However, they are still monitoring the situation as per https://status2.azure.com/ and their full recovery is in progress.

Our system seems to be available again but there is still an ongoing DNS issue impacting multiple Microsoft services. We are monitoring the situation and waiting for the issue to be resolved by the Azure team. https://status2.azure.com/
