A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

Identified
We have identified the issue with the underlying database and have restarted the service which restored services. Please expect some slowdown for some time as all customers devices will need to catch up.

Investigating
We are currently a problem with cumulocity.com hosted tenants as there seems no traffic be possible. We will update you as soon as we have new information available.
