Our engineering team has successfully been able to re-route Amazon Web Services network traffic caused by the Amazon Web Service Network infrastructure issue.

Our portal and API services are now fully up and running for both Staging and Production.

We are working with the Amazon Web Services Support team to reroute traffic caused by the Amazon Web Service Network infrastructure issue.

Our Resolution ETA for this issue is expected to be on August 31st, 2021 23:00 UTC.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is experiencing network degradation which is affecting Vindicia SLM Production and Staging connectivity in our Portal, APIs, and Payment Provider connectivity.

Our Engineers are currently investigating this issue with high priority and will update this post as we gather more information.

We are also working with Amazon AWS to resolve this issue.
