The intermittent connection issues with Salsify's FTP partner has been resolved. Exports, Uploads and Lookup Tables using a file from the Salsify FTP should be working as expected now.

We are experiencing some intermittent connection issues to Salsify's FTP partner. We are working with our FTP partner to resolve this issue. Exports, Uploads and Lookup Tables using a file from the Salsify FTP may be affected. Customers with internal systems connecting via FTP should try using PASSIVE mode as a workaround.
