Investigating

Gemini is investigating an issue with switching between trading pairs on the ActiveTrader platform. As a workaround, users may manually update the pair they wish to trade in the URL address.

For e.g. To trade the ETHUSD pair, you may enter "https://exchange.gemini.com/trade/ETHUSD" in the URL address

All customer accounts and funds remain completely secure. Further updates to follow.
