The root case of this issue has been identified and resolved by our upstream provider. The TOR PoP has been returned to production and we have classed this issue as resolved.

We are continuing to get updates from our upstream network provider regarding the fiber connectivity problems affecting the TOR PoP.

Due to difficulty and safety issues with accessing the physical location, the resolution of the fiber connectivity issues is expected to be a slow process. Repairs are in process while simultaneously new lines are being pulled.

The Pexip Ops team has made the determination in order to maintain the highest level of availability to our Canadian customers we will continue to route our Canadian customers to their next closes Pexip PoP.

We have put the POP in maintenance, and it will stay in maintenance until the incident on the provider side is resolved.
