Summary
On February 25, 2025 between 12:27 AM GMT and 2:13 AM GMT, Autodesk customers were unable to load Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) AutoSpecs pages and perform operations in Smart Register, Spec View, and Product Data.

Root Cause

• The issue was caused by a code change that inadvertently increased memory consumption over time, resulting in degraded server performance. This led to customers receiving timeout errors when trying to load ACC AutoSpecs pages and perform operations in Smart Register, Spec View, and Product Data.
• The code change was reverted and the issue was resolved.

Autodesk Actions
Autodesk has completed a post-incident analysis of the event and identified actions to be taken. These include the following:

• Implement improvements in code review processes to detect and mitigate issues in the future.
