Resolving incident. A virtual host in the application pool crashed due to a memory fault, and the system automatically rebalanced traffic. We estimate that fewer than 50 in-flight transactions failed. Affected activity appears to have been limited to no more than 15% of traffic between 8:46 and 8:48 a.m. MDT.

A virtual host crashed and is undergoing automatic recovery steps. We're aware of an impact to processing, as we did record some transaction failures, and we're currently assessing the overall impact. The alerts have been limited.
