The Bracket encryption queue has drained, and notification messages from emails originating in an email client should perform as expected.

Identified

The team has found Bracket encrypted emails sent from an email client (Outlook, smartphone or tablet email app, etc.) to be slow converting to a secure thread. The team is working on clearing the queue as quickly as possible. Observed delays have been up to 30 minutes.

Encrypted messages created inside the Bracket portal are working as expected.
