According to reports, it seems to be fixed. Facebook team still hasn't confirmed the fix, so we're keeping this in "Monitoring" status.

We've also confirmed that this may affect Live Chat - messages may not get delivered to and from your Live Chat tab.

We're awaiting for an update from Facebook on the issue.

We've confirmed this to be a Facebook issue. A report has already been made here and Facebook are investigating:

Investigating

We're investigating an issue where Buttons and Quick Replies may work with a severe delay or not work at all. The issue seems to be affecting the APAC region mostly. More updates to follow.
