We can confirm that address creation in the reseller control panel now is back to operational. Customers may still report problems with displaying company settings in the Mail Administrative Console.

We are currently experiencing an issue with creating email users in the reseller control panel, and some account settings are not displaying in the Mail Administrative Console. Our engineers have been engaged, we will provide updates as they come.

Mail flow is not impacted.
