Our DC Team is on site with replacement parts and is in the process of diagnosing the hardware failure that has occurred on kvsrv020.lin.oa.syd1.digitalpacific.com.au
We are working to resolve this with top priority and will provide an update in 60 minutes, or if there is a significant change in the situation.

A hardware failure has occurred on the hypervisor kvsrv020.lin.oa.syd1.digitalpacific.com.au , and our Our DC Team is now attending to diagnose and resolve it.
VPS services which reside on this hypervisor may not be accessible or connectable until this issue is resolved.
We are working to resolve this with top priority and will provide an update in 90 minutes, or if there is a significant change in the situation.
