Root Cause
An update was wrongly implemented due to issues within our deployment Pipeline, causing the application not to behave as expected.

Resolution
The inconsistency within the deployment Pipeline was identified and fixed and the update undone.

Action Plan
We're working on enhancing guard-rails to mitigate and resolve issues with the Pipeline.
