We corrected all issues and are monitoring Harness performance to make sure it remains this way. All services are operational.

Harness is aware of an issue causing email messages from its applications to be delayed. These messages are queued and will send as soon as this issue is resolved. We are working to correct the issues and restore normal operations as soon as possible.

as a workaround, customers may set up their own SMTP server to bypass this issue using these instructions: https://docs.harness.io/article/8nkhcbjnh7-add-smtp-collaboration-provider
