We have solved a configuration issue in a new database which was not performing as expected, issues in both regions should being to stabilize

We are still seeing issues with Desk collision detection, editing Spaces documents and logging into our mobile apps. We are working to resolve them.

Our EU region has been repaired and should begin to stabilize, we will monitor for a time to make sure everything is back to normal

Update
We have identified the issue with a database replica impacting on our US and EU regions.
A new replica is in place in our US region which will stabilize the US region.
Our EU region is being worked on and will be stable shortly.
