This incident has been mitigated. A third party partner we use caused our app and dashboard to not load. Our Engineering team is working on a long-term fix to prevent this from happening in the future.

Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue where some users are not able to access the Aircall Dashboard and the phone app. We expect to provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
