This incident has been resolved. For Auto Invoicing stuck batches you can request (via new or associated support case) the items 'in progress' status to be resent, deleted, or left as is.

Partial Outage for Spectrum Automatic Invoicing--There is currently an issue with Automatic Invoicing for Spectrum, invoices stuck as in progress. We are currently working on resolving the issue. Issue is being tracked under issue 112222.

There is currently an issue with Viewpoint Analytics Automatic Invoicing for Spectrum, invoices stuck as in progress. We are currently working on resolving the issue. Issue is being tracked under issue 112222. There is currently an issue with HR Management for Spectrum, onboarding data cannot be sent to Spectrum. We are currently working on resolving the issue. Issue is being tracked under issue 112222. At the moment we're tracking them under the same issue number as it's specifically an outage connection with Spectrum speaking to the other services/products. Spectrum COPS is aware of & working on the item currently trying to resolve. It is also stopping re-snapshots for HRM Spectrum, which are necessary for some customers to see correct paystub information due to issue 111791.
