We have resolved the blank screen issues on the video player for users who were using the Chrome browser. But, some users who are using the browser Safari may continue to experience issues on the video player still when trying to use the video player.

Action needed
Udemy is working to fix this issue automatically as part of the cleanup tasks from this incident, but it may take more time. We ask that you please use Chrome our officially supported browser.

The video player feature on our site is currently experiencing issues where some users are reporting receiving a blank screen when viewing course videos.
Symptoms are being reported by users using Chrome Version 105. Our engineering team is continuing to work to resolve it.
In the meantime, we recommend attempting an alternative browser. Thank you for your patience.
