The team has implemented and is currently testing a solution that will allow users to authenticate into shared mailbox and distribution list accounts. We plan to release this new authentication method to users early next week. The team has resolved the log-in flow issue for end users to access their quarantine digest emails. We are actively working on a solution to allow access to quarantine emails in shared mailboxes and distribution lists. We will share details as and when available.

Update
The EGD team has published a fix for the quarantine email digest links that were showing error messages for "Invalid Link" or "Invalid Hash." All newly created digests sent after 7:48PM EDT on April 5th will take customers through login flows correctly.

Barracuda Email Gateway Defense (EGD) is being enhanced for the end-user login experience. This impacts end users accessing quarantined emails from their quarantine digest notifications directly. All EGD users are now required to authenticate using their credentials such as their email address and password to access quarantined emails within their account.
