We received some customer reports of issues using the Customer Support Portal. This issue is related to a third party service and has no impact on the core Smartsheet Platform. The third party service has identified the issue and taken action to resolve. The service appears to be recovering and we will continue to monitor. In the meantime, customers can submit cases via https://help.smartsheet.com/contact/smartsheetapp. We will provide an update in 60 minutes.
