We are currently investigating an issue that seems to be affecting the Zap editor, not allowing users to create new Zaps.

This should not affect currently running Zaps. Should that be identified later, we'll keep you up to speed. Our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience, we're aiming on getting this resolved asap.
