Monitoring
The SMX primary location has been affected by a major outage at our upstream connectivity provider. Indications are that the problem has been resolved, however we will continue to monitor until we have official confirmation from the ISP. For now, all SMX services are available and operating normally.

Investigating
SMX are investigating a network outage at our primary NZ/AU point of presence. Most customers will be unaffected as mail flow will continue normally through our secondary location. Please contact the service desk if you have any questions or concerns.
