BigCommerce engineers have identified the issue and have restored processing of these tasks. While we work through the backlog of jobs, BigCommerce stores may continue to experience a slight delay when performing previously mentioned actions. We expect this backlog to clear shortly and will provide an update when it does.

Investigating
Since 10:21 CST, BigCommerce engineers have been investigating and working to resolve an incident with background task processing on our platform that may be causing slow or delayed imports and exports in the control panel, a delay in email notifications (new order confirmations, etc), and delays capturing payments.
