Update
We have identified a subset of transactions are being completed successfully for Central 1 clients.  The connectivity that we have in place between Central 1 and Interac is not disrupted and therefore e-Transfers that are being exchanged between Central 1 customers are processing successfully.  If one of your customers is sending an e-Transfer outside the Central 1 ecosystem, and that FI is using a Rogers MPLS connection to connect to Interac then Interac will queue the transaction, and it will be deposited to the receiving FI as the Rogers/Interac systems recover.

As Rogers systems recover and external e-Transfers resume we will share a further update.

Update
Good morning.

I wanted to take a moment to add clarity on Service impacts. At present, only eTransfer and Wires services are affected from the Rogers network outage, as those vendors (Interac and Expertus) are reliant on Rogers network services.

If we identify any further service impacts, we will send out an additional, separate communications stream to highlight. Note, if you are not, you can follow the specific outage communications per the below:

Interac eTransfers - https://status.central1.com/incidents/w01j815yzghg
Wires - https://status.central1.com/incidents/p6ss84w89h1x

if you have any further questions, please let us know.
