Incident Report for Squiz
Resolved
At 08:23 AEST Squiz Monitoring systems detected intermittent issues with an upstream network provider. The third-party vendor identified the issue and have successfully implemented a fix at 10:15 AEST. Our support teams have performed further checks to ensure that full service is restored for all impacted systems.

Squiz will provide a Post Incident Report for our clients once the vendor has concluded their investigations. If you would like a copy of the PIR for this incident please contact Squiz Customer Care.

Update
At 08:23 AEST Squiz Monitoring systems detected intermittent issues with an upstream network provider. The third-party vendor has identified the issue and is currently implementing a fix.

ETR for resolution of the third-party vendor issue is unknown.

As a result of this issue, some users may experience intermittent timeouts or long load times when connecting to Squiz applications. We will provide a further update in 30 minutes or if the vendor provides us a further update.

In parallel, our teams are engaged to run internal checks on Squiz-managed systems. At this time root cause and ETR is unknown. As a result of this issue, some users may experience intermittent timeouts or long load times when connecting to Squiz applications. We will provide a further update in 20 minutes.
