We have identified a fix for the issue related to ingesting data for the new rewards_v2 transaction type. It'll be deployed shortly.

Investigating
The team has identified an issue with the API where it is stuck on block number 795380. Services using the API, including Explorer and App may not see transactions past the stuck block. This means payment, transfers, adds, and asserts will not appear.
