AWS updated status showing the resolution of connectivity issues. We have also observed errors dropping back to normal levels in the last 20 minutes. We will keep an eye on this. But if you still see anything else, please reach out to Blueshift support.

AWS has updated some connectivity issues on US-WEST-2 Region. We also noticed jump in client TLS negotiation errors on API endpoint load balancer. You might see intermittent hiccups but continuing to operate. We are monitoring the situation.

Investigating
We are seeing pingdom alerts on multiple endpoints but actual service seems to be running fine. Any issues you see may be different and unrelated to these pingdom alerts. We are looking into these alerts.
