We have good news! As of a few hours ago, full functionality has been restored in the Meltwater Platform. The remaining technical issues outlined in our previous update have been resolved, namely errors in Dashboards, delays with Instant Notifications/Newsfeeds and trouble with tagging, changing sentiment, and viewing projects.
All content for 2021 is in the system and we are beginning to process historical content.
