Investigating
We are currently investigating reports of users being unable to access Certifications via email links if they are not already logged into Wdesk and their Certification requires sign in (users will encounter a 502 error message). Users can still access their Certifications if they sign in via a non-certifier path and then click their email link (or navigate to their signings page from Home). We will provide an update as soon as possible.
