[SANDBOX] Disturbances on the 3DS2 flow on the Sandbox environment

A fix has been implemented by our PSP Partner for our Sandbox environment since 11:30 am UTC.
A misconfiguration in one of their web services created the experienced errors and degradation.
We kept monitoring the situation since then, and the Sandbox performances and errors rate over the last 3 hours are nominal again.

Update
You may still be experiencing the following error messages:
- PSP technical error (85% of the errors)
- Secure mode: The 3DSecure authentication session has expired
- Secure mode: The 3DSecure authentication has failed
- Secure mode: 3DSecure authentication is not available

The Sandbox issues are still being investigated with our PSP partner.
We will keep you informed as soon as we know more.

Investigating
You may be experiencing errors on the 3DS2 payment flow since 09:00 UTC today.

The incident seems to be impacting the SCA transactions only and you might be getting the following errors on your Sandbox transactions at a higher rate than usual:

- Authentication verification failed
- 3DS technical error
- The consummer is not redirected on payment web pages
- Not participating or Attempt
- The consummer is not redirected on payment web pages and session is expired

We are investigating with our SANDBOX PSP Partner and will get back to you as soon as we know more.

Who is affected: Anyone on the SANDBOX environment.
