The slowness for Ally in the US has now been resolved. The Ally service is now operational.

Investigating
We are investigating some latency in some Ally clients in the US region, that is causing some slowness or issues on Ally reporting tools like Course Accessibility Report and Institutional Report, CSV downloads, and API for reporting.

Other Ally features and capabilities are working normally.

The issue began at roughly 09 AM ET on September 12th, and engineers and product development are currently investigating.
