Incident Report for Humio

Resolved

AWS experienced an incident that caused Humio Cloud to have issues accessing S3. AWS incident has resolved, and Humio performance is normal.

Period of impact was 10:10 - 12:30 PDT / 17:10 - 19:30 UTC. During recovery, some queries had to be blocked. That results in an error, and the query would need to be restarted. Other impact includes ingest delays, search speed. There was no data loss.

Investigating

We are currently investigating report of occasional UI slowness and "Humio is Updating" messages.
We will update if further impact is experienced, and once we have identified the cause.
