A fix has been implemented with assistance from Microsoft Azure Support. We are continuing to monitor the notifications feature.

Identified

Customers may experience a spinning blue circle when clicking on the notifications bell icon. Notifications are not visible and not being received. Engineering Teams are currently working with Microsoft Azure to resolve the issue.
