Monitoring
Network engineers have been able to confirm traffic for a number of services were found to be preferring a sub-optimal routing path leading to intermittent packet loss or degraded performance. Engineers have been able to rectify the routing preference and all monitored traffic is routing through optimal paths.

Further monitoring will continue for the remainder of the day to confirm routing remains optimal.

Investigating
Engineers have received reports this morning that a small number of services may be experiencing degraded network performance when communicating over certain paths or providers. A further investigation is underway to identify the source of this disruption.

Updates will be provided as Engineers continue to assess available information.
