We are currently experiencing issues in the explanation feature. When graders add explanations they are not saved. The issue only affects graders who are trying to write or edit explanations, and planners trying to read explanations in marking 2.0.
-The issue is restricted to marking 2.0. -The issue does not affect other features in the grading tool.
-Current available workaround is to use the classic grading tool.
We are investigating the issue, and a new update will be posted as soon as we have more information
